IFA’s and Insurance Brokers

Choosing the right partner for independent business finance advice for your clients

In a highly regulated world it is important that if you have a client that needs business finance that you introduce them to a provider that is correctly licensed to enable it to carry out business.

Business Finance is not regulated by the FSA and unfortunately there are many so-called brokers whose aim is to extract advance fees from your clients.

A commercial finance broker should have a consumer credit license, be registered with Data Protection , have professional indemnity insurance and also belong to a reputable trade association which has a long established complaint and disciplinary process.

As we receive the majority of our work from the professional sector we know how important it is to work to the same standards that you do, as a bad introduction will reflect on you and your relationship with your client.

We are registered by the FSA to carry out buy to let transactions and are full members of the National Association of Commercial Finance brokers and also a member of the Association of Bridging Professionals.

We operate on a no cross sales policy (including buy to let) ;without your prior written permission and keep you informed at every stage of the sourcing process.
