The Association of Bridging Professionals acts as trade association which encourages members to deal with customers in a clear and transparent manner and to treat them fairly to give you peace of mind.
We are founding Associate members and abide by their code of conduct and want to ensure that you have as much information as possible about how short term lending secured against land or property works, in order that you can make an informed decision.
This code consists of two parts, the Code of Ethics and the Code of Professional Conduct .The Code of Ethics consists of statements expressing in general terms the ethical and professional ideals expected of all Associates.
They are referred to and expanded on in the detailed guidance contained within the Code of Professional
Conduct.
The Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct sets out the standards of ethical and professional conduct
expected to be followed in particular situations.
